How buying from this shop works. Kalago
Orders
Placing an order holds the items for a short time so they cannot be sold twice while you pay. If payment is not completed before the hold expires, the order is cancelled and the items go back on sale.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through the payment provider shown. Card details are handled by that provider and are never stored by this shop. An order is confirmed once the provider settles the payment, not when the browser returns.
Shipping
Items are dispatched from the warehouse after payment is confirmed. An order may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking on the order page.
Returns and refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Contact us from the order page so the request can be matched to the right items.
Your information
The name, address and contact details you give are used to fulfil and deliver your orders, and are shared with carriers only for that purpose.
